A Early Spring Swim

After the Last session of General Conference, I took to the BBQ and Kyrie took a little dip while we had our backs turned. Mind you, that is rain water from the storm on Friday and Saturday.

Natalie was worried that it was too cold but of course, I figured that if it was really that cold, Kyrie wouldn't have stayed in so long....

That is hilarious. At first I was thinking, if you didn't want her to go swimming, why did you fill up the pool! I am really glad to clarified that it was rain water. Man, I didn't realized how much it had rained.

What a funny girl. Your rationale is good, though, I guess she wouldn't have stayed in there if it was THAT cold. Daphne keeps begging me to let her go swimming, but it's been cool and windy here, so I keep saying, "No, hun, it's too cold." to which she responds, "But mom, I like to be FREEZING!" (whatever, she does not like to be freezing.) Anyway, cute pictures.

OKay, I love that!! My kids LOVE that where we live like 7 months out of the year are pool weather!! But I like Kyries approach...who cares if it's warm enough, swim anyways.

The first thing I noticed, after how cute Kyrie looks of course, was how LONG your grass is! We were out in the yard today cleaning out the flower beds and raking off the lawn so that the sun can help the grass turn green again. (You remember, and don't miss I'm sure, the good ol' days.) We can't wait for it to be warm enough to go swimming too!
