Another day at the zoo!

Today Brian didn't have any class so he took us to the zoo. Because he was there, we splurged and rode the train and the merry-go-round. Kyrie has decided to bring dad to the zoo with her from now on.

Today the animals really held no appeal to Kyrie, it was all about the statues. Any time she saw one, she wanted to get on it.

Just a picture of Kyrie and Dad on yet another statue.
Aside from the statue obsession, Kyrie loved the geese that were wondering around. She kept trying to grab them and almost got her finger taken off. Sorry, no pictures were taken of that special event because mom and dad were too busy trying to potect the goose from Kyrie.

Here is Kyrie on one othe animals she rode on the merry-go-round. She didn't particulary like this one so we switched to the gorilla, then the giraffe, the lion, the frog, and finally the horse.
It was fun to spend the day with Brian, who is so often at school or studying. Kyrie and I have decided we rather like having him around!

I know exactly what you mean about liking to have your spouse around. Last week Brandon had the week off between semesters and it felt like Christmas or something having him around so much! Anyway, your zoo looks like lots of fun! You guys seem to have a lot of different kinds of zoos around there! Lucky Kyrie! You all look great and we miss you tons!

How fun! Of course Kyrie likes the statues best. I guess it's an extension of the "Box syndrome"...you know when you buy the nice toy and all they want to do is play with the box. Anyway it looks like you guys had a blast. Are you guys going to go to Isaac's sealing? We would love to be able to see you guys.

Fun pictures, the zoo is the best, esp when Dad can come along. I love Kyrie's leash. We had to buy one those for Kallie when she was Kyrie's age.

Evans!!!! Howz it going. It has been too too long since we have talked. I know I know I need to do better with the whole phone call and all. I miss the Park. St. George is beautiful but no ZOO, unless you count our lives. Whanna buy a house? Yep I joke with Rob that I am gonna move back to KY so we can atleast say that our monthly morgage payment is going toward something. Enough enough... You guys look GREAT! And Kyrie is getting so so big, can't believe it. When are you planning a trip out West(Utah) Let us know.

OH I almost forgot to tell you why I chose Ariel as my profile picture. well somtimes I feel like I want to part of another world, like a Lord of the rings world, so I think Ariel and I are quite similair in that aspect, expect she just wanted to be Human, and I wanted to be an elf.

see, you are like ariel, I think we all can relate to a disney princess or two, I feel like I can relate to mostly all of them ;)
thanks for the comment! I LOVE YOU GUYS!

ya well coming up with the names for the kittens was really difficult. I found so many names I liked that I decided to give them a first, middle and last name. I wanted to make sure that their first names started with a "B" and their last names ended with a "K", out of respect for the dead mother who was named "baby kitty"
I wont be calling them by their full names, just Meeko and Beatle
